Step by Step Process to Enroll Learners on FramerSpace

1. Go to Unique Global Citizenship Course Link

The Framerspace platform is web-based and can be accessed through a web browser (Preferably, Google Chrome).

Copy the below link and paste it into the Address/URL field of the browser:

2. Click on Sign Up

The signup button is on the top right corner of the web page. Click on "Sign Up" button to start the course enrollment process learner. This step has to be followed by every learner.

3. Type the learner's "Age"

Once you have clicked the button, you'd see a pop-up screen. Add the learner's age. As you can see the platform does not ask for any personally identifiable information (PII) and is wholly GDPR complaint. Please note, the system will generate your User ID after you sign-up.

4. Type the password and Retype the same password again

Once you've added the learner's age, type a unique password.

Tip for Bulk Enrollment: Since the School engages in enrolling many learners simultaneously, use a password that follows a recognizable pattern that the teachers can intuitively guess and help in case the learner forgets the password. 

5. Check 'I agree to FramerSpace Terms and Data Policy'.

We encourage you to go through the Framerspace terms and data policy.

6. Click on Sign Up Button

Once you've filled all the fields and clicked on the consent checkbox, you should be able to click on the Sign Up button you can see below.

7. You will be redirected to this page

Upon successful registration, you will be redirected to the cohort course titled "Global Citizenship Course (GCF)"

8. Click on Request access to cohort

9. Click on Enroll in Cohort

Once you have clicked request access to cohort, the next step is to click on Enroll button as shown below.

10. Click on User Profile Button

To access and record the Unique Username or to regenerate the Username, first click on the User Profile Button, which looks like a circular icon with a unique alphabet.

11. Click on Reset Unique ID

From the drop-down menu, click "Reset Unique ID"

12. This is the Framerspace Unique ID

Now you have access to the Unique ID

13. Click on Copy Unique ID

Important instruction: Please write the unique Framerspace ID in the Student Information Sheet on the Project Implementation Tracker. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten or lost ID as no personal information is being collected by the platform.

14.  Add the Email ID

In case you'd like to have the option to retrieve a lost or forgotten Username, add an email ID of a parent/guardian/learner.

15. Click on Update

This is a crucial step in the process of adding an email ID. No email will be saved if you forget to click the "Update" button, and recovery of lost or forgotten Unique ID will be impossible.

16. Click on Take me to the courses →

To navigate back to the enrolled Global Citizenship Course (GCF), click on "Take me to courses" link.

17. Click on User Profile Button

Immediately click on the User Profile Button to access the drop-down menu.

18. Click on Enrolled Courses

Once you click on Enrolled Courses, you'd see the Global Citizenship Course.

19. Click on Global Citizenship Course 

Now you can proceed with undertaking the course.

20. Preassessment

Click on I have no objection to this data being used for research and continue with the pre-assessment.

21. Start with the Modules

Click on Module 1 ~ Getting Curious: Beginning to Question to start with the course.
