Cohort 2 Weekly Progress Update Deadlines

The Cohort 2 of the Global Citizenship Schools initiative commences from the 15th of August, 2022.

As a participating educator/Global Citizenship School Coordinator, you update the Project Implementation Tracker on a weekly basis for the duration of the project implementation at your school. Below are the weekly progress update deadlines for Implementation Partner Schools.

  •  Educators' Orientation Course completed by August 17, 2022
  • All sheets of the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker have been completed
Week 2  August 22 - August 26, 2022  August 29, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs
  • Pre-Assessment Completed by all learners
  • Module One completed by all learners
  • The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have updated student progress of module one on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker 
Week 3  August 29 - September 02, 2022  September 05, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs
  • Module Two completed by all learners
  • The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have updated student progress of module two on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker 
Week 4  September 05 - September 09, 2022  September 12, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs
  • Module Three completed by all learners
  • The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have updated student progress of module three on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker 
Week 5   September 12- September 16, 2022  September 19, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs
  • Module Four Completed by all learners
  • The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have updated student progress of module four on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker 
Week 6   September 19 - September 23, 2022   September 26, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs
  • Module Five completed by all learners
  • The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have updated student progress of module five on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker 
Week 7  September 26 - September 30, 2022  October 03, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs
  • Module Six completed by all learners
  • Post-Assessment test completed by all learners.
  • The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have updated student progress of module six and post-assessment on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker
Week 8   October 03 - October 07, 2022  October 07, 2022 23:59hrs UTC / GMT+00:00hrs The School Coordinator and Teacher Fellows have verified the overall student progress on the Project Implementation Dashboard/Tracker and submit it to the Global Citizenship Schools secretariat to initiate the award-mark and certification proceedings.
